We moved to Rush in 1999, having bought the
store and home next door. We love the community, and find for a small town there is always something going on!
We try hard to be fair, honest, and enjoy everything
the business brings. Steve and I (Jan) have 7 kids, three are married, and six grandsons and three granddaughers!
The "kids" range in ages of 31 down to 12, and ALL the "kids" have helped in remodeling and opening the store. It was
quite a project, and was a wonderful experience for them all, and we have some great family memories from running the
store.. yes, many memories of "hard work", but those can be good ones, too!
We no longer have the store and that home, but live nearby! Take

| In October, our Pumpkin Patch is the place to be! |

Our PUMPKIN PATCH is going into it's FOURTH year! It will be even bigger
than ever before. The first year only our local school (Miami-Yoder) came for pumpkins, then last year we invited many
more schools. This year we hope to accomodate any schools wanting to come! It's GREAT fun to see these children picking out
the "perfect" pumpkin! It's planting time now, so there is plenty to do!

email and we'll get in touch with you! The patch opens the first week of October.
